Please excuse the color on these pictures today. This was one day when I was playing with my camera settings and when I put them on the computer they took this orangey color. Trust me, this color does no justice to the flavor of these asian meatballs.
They were tangy, peanutty, and perfect with a small cup of brown rice. If you want a light asian dinner, but don't want to order delivery, here you go. This really curbed my craving for chinese food that day. Also, if you are looking for an appetizer dish for lots of people, just make the meatballs a little smaller and serve with toothpicks and the sauce for dipping. I'm definitely using this recipe for the next gathering of hungry people!
